Kinda crazy.....livenation.com stuck with the 11:00 am EST. Now it says "more info to come". And here I thought Livenation.com was the savoir!

I was at Ticketmaster at Krogers at 10am this morning. Stupid #@%#$% accidentally rebooted her computer. By the time it came up lawn was sold out.

It seems like more and more horror stories from people trying to get tickets to any show any more. It's almost worth it to just go to the scalpers in the first place.....the only gripe you can have about them is the price, whereas TM has all kinds of problems (including the price).

I'm sorry, but are you freaking kidding me the only gripe you can have with scalpers is the price? The whole TM situation exists precisely because the scalpers are buying all the tickets. If they had some magic way of making only fans allowed to buy tickets on the first day, zero of us would get shut out.
This has never happened to me before, and I admit I used to kind of roll my eyes at people b1tching about scalpers. I'm on board now. I want to eat their children.

I did just have kind of a happy thought. This weekend here in Columbus, we have the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament. The same scalpers who are now holding my Buffett tickets are probably responsible for selling out those NCAA games before they went on sale. Columbus just got assigned the absolute worst pairings, nobody above a 4 seed. I hope the scalpers have to eat all those tickets and the failure to sell them makes them lose their homes.
