What the hell is this premier parking anyhow? I bought it, I just don't know what it is... :-?

I have no experience with Premiere Parking at Starlake, but at Nissan Pavilion, I believe, the $20 Premiere Parking lot opens a little earlier, releases its prisoners sooner, and is closer to the amphitheater entrance gates than the other parking lots.

It's probably worth the $20. I would not regret such a purchase.

You take a special lane in, some of the lot is paved, and you are right at the gate, so entering and exiting the concert itself is much quicker. We usually get premier parking if it is available.
