New Steve Goodman Biography
A new book called "Steve Goodman: Facing the Music" is coming out in May 2007. The book includes interviews by several celebrities including Jimmy Buffett. Buffett and Goodman wrote half a dozen songs together including "Door Number 3", "It's Midnight And I'm Not Famous Yet", and "Woman Goin' Crazy On Caroline Street". You can learn more about the book at SteveGoodmanBiography.com and order it at Amazon.com"

Hi, and thanks for the blurb about my Goodman book. Want to make sure that you know that books won't be in stores or otherwise available till early May. The April 1 date is something that Amazon came up with.

I'm so glad to know this. It's hard to say how much Stevie is missed, and how much more we missed out after his passing. His music and talent are still too much of a secret to so many people, until you start to mention the songs he wrote and people are surprised to learn this.
I will be submitting my pre-order and look forward to reading the book. I wish I could have thanked Stevie for all he has given us with his music.
