Law of supply and demand kicks in here. I make my money like a smart businessman. There is two ways to put scalpers out of business. 1. Entertainers charge enough for their tickets that scalpers cannot make a profit. 2. Consumers have to resist the urge to purchase from scalpers.

We all understand supply and demand. The problem is that you and your scalper fraternity are creating an artificial demand, and thereby driving up prices, at the expense of others. If you can live with that, so be it. I couldn't.

no, the demand is real enough. It's the supply that is being artificially-stifled.

BTW, I'm one of those scumbags. I start all my auctions at face value and let the market decide the final price. No handling fee only $12 for shipping via express mail. Don't hate me because I understand economics and take advantage of my knowledge.

That does make you garbage if you bought extra tickets to make money on ebay and f'ed a fan out of a ticket. Hey I know alot of people use the services of a drug dealer but that does not make him a good buisseness man, he is still a dumpster of crap and will be as long as he takes advantage of people.

Fans don't get f'ed out of tickets, they get them. The fans determine the fair price of the ticket by bidding on it. I don't set the price. I offer the same service for many other concerts. I was lucky and had some superbowl tickets last year. They were very profitable.

To continue my biblical references...

When those so called scalpers, brokers, scum of the earth get to the big buffett show in the sky... the guy with the guitar up there will straighten them out... DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT...

Exactly what service is it you provide? You jam the lines up with as many homeless guys as you can hire to see how many of them get lucky and get tickets and force the real fans to hope they hit a lottery rather than just buy the tickets they showed up for on the sale date. What kind of delusional, f'ed up morality allows you to consider yourself in a noble pursuit?

Oh I believe the sort of moral service he is performing is the same as the republican party does?

I purchase my tickets myself. I don't hire anyone. I have to fight ticketmaster just like everyone else. I limit my purchase to 8 tickets for the shows that I know will give me a profit. I don't consider anything I do moral or immoral. I really don't see where morality comes into play here.

Then again...

If we were all SAINTS we would buy all the tickets we could and give them all away ... That is what saints would do ...

We bring a group of about 15 to Cinci every year. We have a fantastic tailgate and plan for it pretty much year round. We had three people ready at 10am Monday using different methods to buy the tickets we need for our group. Because of scumbags like you, we were able to buy a grand total of 1 ticket. We don't need your service. We would be perfectly capable of buying our own if vermin like you didn't infect the process.

What it all boils down to is real fans don't make profit off of the show. We either plan on going to the show and buy our tickets in advance for real value. Or we just decide to travel to a show on a whim and buy them in the parking lot, god willing from other fans that just happend to have an extra ticket or two. If you are trying to make a profit off of this thing we have here, that is one of the only pure musicaly based friendly gatherings left then You need to reconsider
A- think about why the old guy is still performing
B-just start up a broker firm
or C- just go see snoop dog or an act that is souly out there to make money that not wwhat this is about and thats why we love it so much.

A limit of two tickets per show would come close to solving this mess. I get so tired of people buying the limit of eight tix and then magically their friends can't go so we can now buy them at an inflated price and they tell me this is supply and demand.
