I'd say " Hey Jimmy, any free tickets?"

He'd laugh, have security beat me up.

Smaybe kick me in the face a few times.

He'd laugh again.

Walk away slowly.

Last year when Jimmy closed a show with APLA40, a lot of us agreed there was something special. I'd like to know what was going on inside him and if he could feel that something special too.

-Why he hasn't played in Rochester, NY for me yet? :)

-Why he hasn''t played Happily Ever After (Now & Then) in concert yet?

I don't think I'd ask him anything, not right away anyhow. But I would thank him for all the great times he's basically provided for all of us [smilie=gt-happyup.gif] and also thank him for bringing the generations together, at least in our family (as of now our Buffett family goes from a 78 year youngman to a 2 year old!! :D )

Just listening to your interview. I am so excited for you. I would absolutely &^%$ my pants if I got to meet him. Excellent choice for a song.

My question.......Can I hug you? [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

How about we combine a few suggestions...

"Hey Jimmy, where can a bunch of us from BN meet you after the show to sing a few songs and buy you a bunch of beers?"

In addition to that, I'd ask how it makes him feel to know that he has touched so many lives and created not only a following, but a way of life for so many people.

I'd also ask him why he doesn't play at Merriweather anymore.

I think you should ask Jimmy this:
FunkHouse9 wrote:3 women go into a store to buy a TV. The salesman says the TV costs $30, so each woman pays $10. Then the salesman realizes that he made a mistake and the TV only costs $25, so he gives each woman $1 back (so they each now have paid $9) and they let him keep the other $2 since he was honest. But if each woman paid $9 ($9x3=$27) and he kept $2 ($27+$2=$29), what happened to the other dollar?
