Been to Irvine Meadows, been to Greatwoods. Tailgating? Nothing beats Great Woods! Insanity prevails [smilie=superkewl.gif]
Hmmm.....a tailgate debate!

After 110+ shows, with over 25 at Irvine and 9 at Great Woods, I call it a tie between the two best venues in the country.

Irvine....nothing, I mean nothing like having an awesome Jimmy tailgate and concert with Southern California women in attendance. Great Woods, alas, many decent looking women, but not even close to Irvine. Volcanoes, bands, ATM Machines from the Bank of Bad Habits, and yes, even topless mechanical surfboarding. Police are cool. We used to bring our 30' boat in on a trailer, put out the anchor, and a blow up female doll on waterskis 20' behind the boat. The good ol single days!

Great Woods: Even better at showing up early than Irvine and outstanding bar themed buses, wierd vehicles and die hard phans!

We will see you at both shows at Gillette, a first for us at this venue. Look for a new Country Coach conversion 45' tour bus with FINS BUS on our California license plates. I have some awesome photos of Irvine's great tailgates. Stop by for a cocktail.

I'll be lookin' for you. I'll be 2 weeks back from Ca. by then and will miss seeing Ca. license plates.

I'm hoping they announce a S.B. Bowl show for Oct.

Sounds like a plan.

Personally, I am hoping for the Irvine and San Diego announcements....we are going to both Vegas shows just in case that is all we get.

See ya there....

I am thinking about going to one of the vegas shows. but flights can be expensive and hotels also. So I might take the train there and find a cheap ass hotel off the beaten path.
