Margarator

I got a Margarator for my birthday,it makes frozen drinks,and slushes,also it runs of ac or dc power,Il be blending at post gazzette in pittsburgh this year.

I've seen that. Have you given it a few test runs yet? I need to know if its worth the investment. I've seen it for $99. i've seen a cordless blender with rechargable batteries on Ebay for $50-$60.

Please tell me how it works for you.

havnt fired it up yet but Im looking forward to a trial run soon!

oooh cool! I don't have a blender yet on my boat (I know LOSER)
let me know how this goes, I like that it's AC or 12v, I can use it at the dock or out on the bay :P

Well . . . The Margarator on AC is amazing. On DC not so great . . . .

I tried it out yesterday and after 45 minutes I wasn't at the right consitency. 15 Min on AC does the trick. I'm not sure if I am keeping it or not . . . .

I just got a cordless Coleman Blneder for Fathers Day. I'll try that out this evening 20-30 blends on one full battery charge.

Margarator Positives:
Capacity
AC capability - I'd settle with it over a frozen concoction maker.
Spigot dispenser.

Margarator Negatives:
DC/Tailgate Power capabilities
