Made the Bayou Chicken Pasta, it was great. Want to try the coconut shrimp.

Good...I recorded it but accidentally recorded over the last of it later. That show made me so hungry....I'd drink that big drink too !!

If I remember, Jimmy took one sip, did a , and that was the end of that.

yep I made the pasta as well, except kept out the habenero pepper lol

what was so bad about his margarita recipe?

It had grapefruit in it, correct? Or am I imagining things?

All I remember was being disappointed because it had something in it that sounded really gross to me. And am I mistaken, or was there also vodka in it?

(If I'm wrong don't hold it against me; I've got a three-day weekend and I started a little early. )

1 wedge Ruby Red grapefruit
Coarse kosher salt
6 ounces tequila
1/3 cup Ruby Red vodka
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 cup Ruby Red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed or from a carton
1/4 freshly squeezed lime juice
4 cups ice cubes
2 crosswise slices Ruby Red grapefruit, cut into quarters

I think part of the problem was the amount of liquor he put in it.

And how did Emeril get Barry's margarita glass?

Yeah, grapefruit is about the only fruit I don't like. That's why I remember being repulsed by that recipe. That, and the fact that vodka doesn't sound good in a margarita. But, hey, what do I know? He's a professional chef and I'm only a semi-pro drinker.
