Maybe I shouldn't have said thousands. Maybe I should've said I would have to know the person enough to know they aren't coming on here just to get tickets, and run. You are a well known poster, a regular.

"Lurker" has such an evil connotation. The guy I bought the tickets from and his wife read BN daily, but were busy enough working and raising their three kids that they had never posted .
My wife and I had been busy enough raising our three kids, that we had never even knew of the existence of BN.
When the sellers realized that they had four tickets they could not make use of, they went right to BN to find a buyer, at FACE VALUE and not a penny more.
Fortunatly for us, they didn't care about the length in years of membership nor the rank of post activity of the buyer.
They just wanted to break even, and were'nt judgemental regarding the lucky purchasers.
Had they held out for a more "deserving" buyer, I might have decided that only the "in crowd" at BN stood a chance in finding tickets through the group.
Don't sell the newbies short!! They are the future of this place!!!!

Well I am going to finally jump in and make my first post. I have been a long time lurker of this board. If it were not for all you nice folks and the phjim here, I would not have been able to pre-sale purchase the tickets to the show in Houston. I will also be attending the big tailgate Friday night and all day Saturday. So, I want to bust your theory that all the first time ( and hopefully not my last time) posters come post only to look for a ticket. I have been waiting for the perfect time to jump in and get my pheet wet.

I helped out a good number of BNers with tickets and rooms last year! I only sold ONCE on ebay and still only charged 126 for 2 lawn and included shipping!
Get this... even one of the people I helped out on here last year - tried to come to my rescue and help me with tickets...now that is super cool!
(you know who you are and I appreciate it!)
