I can't make this stuff up!! :o This was an actual message on a customers account after her DIRECTV Satellite installation. :lol: :lol: :lol:


CUSTOMER CLAIMS THE INSTALLER REFUSED TO MOUNT
NO-ONE IN HER AREA DOES, AND FORCED HER TO USE A POLE, WHICH
FALLS UNDER CUSTOM WORK. SUMBITTING INVESTIGATION
