and to think I didn't throw my name in the hat to be selected because I don't have a passport. you guys sure proved that I made the wrong decision there.

you couldn't have had a bad time, but it sounded so good that I think we're all very jealous. congrats!!

nice pictures btw, I think I recognize some of those peeps

i'm SO happy for ya keith and family! i'm glad you had SUCH an awesome time. it wasn't just winning a contest, but so much more. thanks for sharing your experience with us!

I've been lurking on this site for a few years and been a fan of Mr. Buffett's for as long as I can remember. Been to his concerts in Pittsburgh since 86. And after reading this post, I just had to thank you for the post and the pics. I'm jealous but as many others have said, I also would have been a bumbling idiot around Mr. Buffett.

You've done all on this site proud. :D

I can't even imagine the stories you have from this trip.

What a wonderful trip. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed it so much. The pics were great and the story was too. Maybe one day I'll make it there. Congrats again!!!! 8) 8)

I threw my name in the hat but I woulda been in the same boat as Keith. NYC is close enough. I suppose they have a passport office there and I can take the bus there for about $25.
The lesson I've learned though - I picked up passport applications at the PO this week.

sometimes good things come of bad things..... I updated my passport in 2001 because I had to go overseas with the Navy after 9/11......
