this is the second one in about a month they have captured in the Loop. There is a big write-up at the chicagotribune.com site.

There was one wandering around Evanston, Skokie and Lincolnwood last summer. My best friend had to be careful about letting his dog out alone at night.
For those that know downtown Chicago, this one was on Adams, between the Berghoff and the Art Institute. Right in the heart of things!

We have coyotes all over here, sometimes I can hear them late at night when the 'group' have cornered something. It's a haunting and horrible sound.
it wasn't right, those eyes weren't right I have seen quite a few and they never flashed those eyes..
That's what I was thinking. I would've stayed away from that coyote. Well, I stay away from all of them, but especially that one. He didn't look quite right.

even the three we saw trying to eat the just being born Pronghorn
didn't have that look.. they really should have left..
