I'm unsure folks have heard about California artist John Ramos but want ed to share his art with BNers. He specializes in Baja Mexico and tropical landscapes perfect for gracing any Parrothead home. I purchased several prints while I was stationed in California and came across his web site a couple days ago.
The prints are a little pricey but I've had "Pura Vida" hanging in my home for past 10 years and everytime I see it, I immediately find myself back on the beach sipping margs and throwing back Pacifico watching the sunset.
I'm not one to offer infomercial endorsements, but it is truly worth a visit to http://www.johnramos.com/
I'd be interested to see if others have already discovered him...

TIKIboy,
Just wanted to say your license plate avatar is brilliant. That's a JB reference even most Parrotheads would miss if they just saw it on the street. I'm not entirely sure I would've even recognized it if it hadn't been here on BN!
And thanks for the Ramos link!

These moments we're left with, may we always remember, these moments are shared by few...
