I have read all jb's books and now started reading tom corcorans books. started and finished air dance and liked it so much bought the rest of his for my trip. I am half way through gumbo limbo and really interested. I got jimmy's calendar and saw the flyer of tom corcoran. I really like the alex rutledge mysteries.

I've read all of his books. Excellent stuff. I really like the Rutledge character.

Alex Rutledge is definitely one of my favorite characters, and Corcoran's books always make me feel like I'm in Key West, the settings are so vivid.
I do wish he'd write a little faster, however

I'm currently reading "Second Wind" by Dick Francis. It's been out a while but found it in my bookcase recently. It reminds me of something Jimmy might like -- some parts are set in the Caribbean & Miami, involving small planes and how they work (or don't), some illegal stuff ("the Russian had plutonium" . . .), etc. Haven't finished it yet but am sure I won't be disappointed with ending.
