Maybe we'll see wider distribution as the tour moves around the country this summer?

Hey, don't laugh!
I skateboarded down to the 7-11 this evening and brought back a six-pack of Jimmy's "Original Island Lager".
Saving it for later, I popped open a Bud Light.
There was a large group of pholks in the picnic area playing tunes and BBQing, and my son told me that they were listening to Buffett on an MP3 running through a Boombox. He thought it was RM, and explained to them that his Dad listens to it all the time.
They said " Well, tell him to come on down!"
I told him that I would in a bit, but when I heard them all singing along to CIP , I finished off the AB light can, opened up a Landshark, and walked on over.
My intro line revolved around having to join them with my Landshark in tow, and get this: None of them ever heard of it!!!!!!!!!
Unless it was RR's phriends, I think they were legit!
Oh well.

I'll take it over Corona or Miller Chill anyday.

I think Land Shark makes Corona taste like a premium beer, it's just awful.

I'm sip'n one right now, no lime, NSNSNP, and enjoying every minute of it.
There's a palm tree outside my window that's looking alot like Caly's, and PWI has never felt better.
Don't quite know if the piano has been drinking, but LSL is O.K. by me.

:o

honestly i've had it once.....I'll never have it again. Its like drinking a flat bud which i also think is awful. I think people are saying how good it is because its put out by jimmy. I like alot of the stuff he puts out, but really landshark lager is at best less than an average beer.
Some of it's magic, some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way

Agreed.
But Corona is sub-below average, and Miller Chill is just a salty Miller Lite.
If I wanted a really good beer, there are lots of Micro brews to choose from.
If I want to enhance the FL vibe even if just through psychological means, currently LSL is fitting the bill.
I mean c'mon, that's all Corona is- a state of mind over taste!

Hey, with regular unleaded at 2.69 a gallon, how else you gonna get around and still have enough cash left for an overpriced 6-pack?
