This is a clip from Penn & Teller poking fun at the unthinking, reactionary people who want to feel like they are doing something without actually understanding what they are doing. This one pokes fun at people on the left of the political spectrum, but it could just as easily have been done at, say, a gun show using an appropriately vague petition with similar results.
