I assume so.I've never been either. parking passes are/were for sale.

not only that but the houston grand prix is the same weekend at reliant stadium...
the fest is on the other side of downtown so it shouldnt get in the way of parking the day of the show

I thought we had to go to Galveston to tailgate because the Houston PD didn't want a bunch of drunks near the stadium.
