I'm going with my girlfriend, for a week to Miami. We're not renting a car. We're staying in Sunny Isles. Flying in to Miami also. we're staying at the Doubletree Ocean Point.

Any tips on things not to miss, things to pass over, etc, etc?

Thanks in Advance :wench:

My first suggestion is to rent a car. If you are iron set on not doing that, not much else around Sunny Isles. Sit on the beach and enjoy. Or you can PM and we can grab a beer and I can take you guys around to a few dives. I live about ten minutes from Sunny Isles in North Miami Beach.

is there a bus system?

I can't rent a car because we're under 25 and the place has a 25 dollar a day parking thing, so it would be like 25 for the car since were under 25, and then 25 more for parking. .eeek

Good bus system. But only if you stick around the beach area. Won't really be able to get out to the Everglades with it. Could get downtown also. This website is good. It's what I use to take to South Beach(or used to, not go down there much anymore, prefer Hollywood Beach
).

sounds good. I'm going to take a trip to the Everglades with one of those trip companies. I think Miami Nice is right next to my hotel :D
