Let's see in and around Park City during the summer, you have in no particular order, the Alpine Slide, a Zip line ride, golf, riding, mountain biking, shopping, depending on exact dates 4th or 24th of July celebrations, ski jumping into a pool, wheeled bobsled rides down the Olympic course, hiking, swimming, sailing and waterskiing on Jordanelle Lake, Hot Air Ballooning, sailplanes in Heber, tennis, the National Ability Center and all the classes and events that they offer, live music presented by Mountain Stages, bike races (date dependent), gallery strolls, and that's just off the top of my head and you don't have to leave the Park City area.

If you toss in the Salt Lake Valley, the list grows even longer. You never know you might even manage to meet a few BNers.

I went to the SLC tourist website - and requested their visitor guide - it is GREAT - has lots of info on things to do in the town .. resorts and other towns .... and its free!

Keep an eye on Suede, too....it's a club in Park City that has some great music....Toots and the Maytals are there this month.....Drive By Truckers in May.....nothing scheduled for July, but it's worth watching!

The Canyons has some good music, too (that's where I first saw Jimmy...oh, so many hears ago)....and some fun summer activities.

I wish the mine tunnel ride was still open. That was always fun.

Depending on the dates I think you can count on seeing me at the Wasatch Brewpub for a burger and a beer. I know that I will be out of town July 12-16 but otherwise I expect to be home all of July.
