The videos are from the VHS called Jimmy Buffett: Tales From Margaritavision. It was released in 2000, with Jimmy giving explanations and the history of each video and song. It wasn't released on DVD, but you can try to pick up a used copy of the VHS on Amazon. That's where I got mine for about $7.

They used to have Tales From Margaritavision at both the MB and Charleston M'villes. Haven't really looked to see if they still do since I got mine.

thats margaux hemmingway in OPH, who catches, pours champagne and kisses jimmy when he jumps on the ship near the end.
