threading the needle

does it get harder because we..
A. are in a hurry and don't really want to sew that button back on ?
Or
B our eyes are going??
I think A...
my eye test last time was 20/15- 20/18

Buy better thread- I had an awful time with the sewing kit thread, and no issues with the thread I bought for the shades with the same needle. (And another button hint- fold the thread in half when you thread the needle, then knot that doubled so you get 4 threads every time- an old seamstress taught me that one!)
Or you could just use a safety pin as a button- I think I have a pair of pants like that somewhere!

Home Ec just taught me how to sew a gym bag (my mom still has it!) and an apron, nothing actually useful.
