I followed the link to the Help Desk and found this:

I've had to go back to dsl.. sorry, the connection was so crappy I
had to wipe it from my system.
I thought you had a bigger pipe for your bandwidth. Urinate of one,
that's for sure.
It was nice of you toilet us try it out!
Do I have to send the cable back? I've got a crabby neighbor who keeps
asking me for router assistance. I wouldn't mind offering my "used"
google cable as a possible solution............
