Zuke thanks again it was perfect, wish we had more time to bs
Old men in tank tops Crusin' the gift shops Checkin' out chiquitas Down by the shore They dream about weight loss Wish they could be their own boss Those 3 day vacations become such a bore!
What a perfect day yesterday, the weather was awesome and the Mohegan Sun puts on a great tailgating atmosphere.
I had assumed the show was at 8 as always, until around 1:30, when I found out it was at 7, surprise surprise!
We were in the top row behind the stage, not bad for seeing, but the sound was horrible in the back, but that's the way it always is down there anyway.

Great seeing everyone yesterday, and Zuke is right - it was a perfect day. Except for the getting home at 1:30AM and having to come to work today part.
I was on the floor, section 2, row M, seat 17. A couple of minutes after I got there, who shows up in row L, seats 16 & 17? Lee and his wife.

She's been suspended since she skipped Zukeapalooza and she only lives a half-mile from us. We'll have to have Fu make a ruling on when she is allowed back into the family since he came all the way up from Jersey.TommyBahama wrote:and the year before....her virgin year!!LIPH wrote:That's the one. What a fantastic day! Great weather, great parking lot, plenty of party atmosphere. I've noticed what's missing at Mohegan is something I doubt anyone really misses: the element who shows up solely to get absolutely blasted and has little or no interest in the concert. My theory is that there are no cheap tickets at Mohegan, so the "I'm here for the party" element stays away. Hallelujah!!
It was great to see everyone!
Despite the high ticket prices I really like the Mohegan show. Great parking lot, mellow cops and security, and a small venue where most of the seats are great. Since there's a Margaritaville restaurant going in, I suspect we'll continue to see shows here! Woo-hoo!!!
