Well...
I guess I'm on the Sens bandwagon now. As much as I'd like to see the Ducks win one, and they probably will, it would be nice for the Sens to break tradition and not have a championship parade in Ottawa.
Instead, grab the cup, and start the parade where Yonge Street meets Lake Ontario. And don't stop until Yonge Street ends (ands its a long street). Show the province what champions are.

I don't think that will work, Lefty!
And I'm not sure I want to share the Sens with TO!

Why would anyone want to share ANYTHING with TO?!?

AS most know, I'm from Chicago, But I will NOT go to or root for the Blackhawks until bill wirtz dumps the team. They call him " Dollar Bill" and thats all he wants. He sell most of the booze that is consumed in Chgo. He is tight with a buck. He used to sell out every game, and he still aould not show home games on tv. Why give a product away. I won't give him any of my $$$$$ untill he dies or sells the team. Hopefully he'll get out alive. and I get to cheer on the "hawks"

For that same exact reason, the only hockey team IN CHICAGO I root for is the WOLVES.
For NHL - I must admit its been at least 15 years for me as a Wings fan.

Well.........congrats to the Ducks for moving on. Our Wings gave it a great effort in the 3rd period last night but too little too late. In the end the Wings sufferred from not taking advantage of great opportunities to win games 4 AND 5. Too bad this series couldn't have produced a Game 7. Nothing better in sport than Hockey Game 7's!
Having said all that, I'm now on the Ottawa Senator bandwagon. Wouldn't mind seeing the cup back in the Great White North. As an old-schooler it Just doesn't sound right for the cup to reside in places such as Tampa, San Jose or Anaheim. Plus I've always been a Daniel Alfredson fan.

Seeing that the Sens hadn't played in 9 days, not a bad effort. Watch out once they get their game legs back.

But Anaheim was off for 7 days. Regardless, too much time between games.
Go Ducks! If they win, they could make it into a movie. Oh wait, I think that was done already...

But you have to remember THIS IS A REBUILDING YEAR for the WINGS. With a 41 year old Goalie and a 42 year old Defenseman
