Anybody own the Margarator?

Seems like a good deal...any performance reviews would be helpful.

I think I'd be happy with the Margarator if this were the result.... :pirate:

Anyone else pick this up and have some thoughts. THe selection of portable blenders out there is crap . . .

Coleman has one $100.
Black and DEcker made one which surfaces on Ebay - Small but $55 ususally.
That Roadpro model looks like a beast and is $60+ with shipping.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

I have the Party to-go RoadPro with a rechargable battery. It works terrific! It comes with a cord to recharge right in your car or at home. The battery will last a whole day at the beach. The funny thing is it says on the box, "Enjoy a refreshing Drink in your vehicle... "

Real "Deal"? At $300 cold hard cash it seems far from a deal really. There is always the boatblender-drill-thingy.

I don't own one but did see one in action this past weekend. The pitcher is on the small side but, the power is awesome. Nothing like I've ever seen in a blender before. If I had an extraa 3 large ones, I'd buy it.

One review from Amazon.

The Margarator produces a good final product-- but you have to bang on the top of it to get it to work --- I don't know if this is the norm or a problem with mine-- but the end result is pleasing

Mine was a gift from a very generous BN'r..... The pitcher holds 3 margaritas.... Maybe the 16 oz size. For a party it would be nice to have a larger pitcher...but the thing is so cool that I can deal with it. The power is amazing and the ice despenser is very cool. You really cannot screw it up. Besides...it looks way cool on the counter! 8)
