Need Help With Jimmy's Songs

I am an avid collector of Jimmy's music library. Well, we all are.

Just when I thought I had my collection complete of his misc music, I am finding more. I found a song yesterday, "The a**hole Song" and a few weeks before found a Corona Beer Ad song.

I have a list here of the songs I feel are his misc songs that are NOT live songs at a concert, but songs that were studio based and never released or released on soundtracks.

I am asking for the huge favor of fellow Parrotheads to add to my collection with song titles that are missing from my Misc Library. Again, I do not want songs that were from a live concert. Just songs that were never released or hard to find that were once released.

Okay, now that you nice folks have seen my hopefully completed list or incomplete list, please submit to me your song titles and if possible year of release or year of recording and hopefully I can find them or if someone has the song or songs I am missing please let me know.

Welcome aboard! Before you get peppered with comments, I should inform you that "The A**hole Song" is not by Jimmy. As much as it sounds like him, it is actually called "The I-95 Song" by Fred "August" Campbell.

I am sure there are many people here that can help fill in your list. I know there are several postings/threads out there that have a pretty complete list.

On another note. i have never been able to find "Who Stole My Monkey" by Jimmy and Zachary Richard. Can anyone confirm this exists and what album it would be on? thanks!

Hey Yuppie, I found the song you were talking about. Could not download it from Limewire, it wasn't on there. But found the CD. When I get it, because I just ordered it, if you want an mp3 file of the song, PM me and I can email it to you.

Actually from what research I just spent, it seems the only songs I am missing that are pre-recorded and not a live cut are:

Abandoned On Tuesday
Don't Breing Me Candy
Train To Dixieland

Does anyone have these three they could send over in an .mp3 format?

You might want to check the Album database:

Be sure to check all categories, i.e., soundtracks, also appears on, etc...
There are also some unreleased songs, i.e., Beautiful Swimmers, Asking Us To Dance. (cut from FSOTW)

No doubt others can add to the list.

Columbus was another one from the FSOTW demo. There's a version of that by David Crosby on iTunes. Asking Us To Dance is on iTunes too, I think by Kathy Mattea.

Who Stole My Monkey is the opening track on Zachary Richard's Too Many Women album. Not sure where you can find it. Try the Louisiana Music Factory in New Orleans, they have a website, I forget what it is. I don't know if it's online anywhere for download.
