I won't argue the HOT part, I just like the taste. The iron is why I'm especially excited about grits. Celiacs are notoriously anemic along with being a female plus I have a feeling her interest in gluten-free Peanut Butter Panda Puffs is going to wane very quickly if that's the only thing she has to eat for breakfast every day.freaky4tiki wrote:GRITS are awesome!

Panda Puffs... that even sounds rude....
I've tried all the flavors and the cheese is my fave. I've heard the bacon one is pretty good too.

I am probably the only one (so far) that likes grits both ways - just with a little butter or you can add brown sugar and raisins to make it like oatmeal. (I don't add milk tho)
