somehow, the claim that he didn't know it was that serious seems false when you realize he flew on a second airline and tried to sneak into the US. "I am an educated person"... who was evidently too stupid to realize what effect TB (even an non-resistant strain) could have on an airliner using recycled/recirculated air for several hours over the Atlantic.

This is one guy who should be towed behind the plane while it taxies down the tarmac..

He was contacted in Italy by the CDC and told about what he had and that he should turn himself over to Italian Health. instead he fled thru Canada.

Oh Yeah - he knew what he had and what he was doing.

Absolutely unbelievable.

The infected man's father stated on the national news tonight that he didn't like his son's name being being released to the public. He said, 'it's not like he's a terrorist.' (not verbatim, but you get the gist). Hello???? Biological warfare????

GMA is to air Diane Sawyer's interview with the infected man during Friday's show.

It takes special kind of arrogance to risk infecting hundreds of people because you want to get married in Greece, and then again because you don't want to be treated in Italy, you want American doctors.
