The pregnant girl (played by Katherine Heigl of Grey's Anatomy) is in labor in the delivery room about to give birth. The specific doctor that she requested is out of town so they send for a replacement. She specifically requested a natural birth, but this new doctor wants to give her an epidural. She is refusing and yelling at him, saying that she doesn't want her baby to be born into a drug-induced haze and she wants the birth of her first child to be a "special experience."

The doctor replies:
"If you want a special experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett Concert!"

The movie was hilarious, I am sure the writers could have come up with a better one-liner.
