It's a freakin' week away. I now forsee the longest seven days of my life :cry: :cry: But all is in the works, and plans are made. We leave Queens at 8:30 am. When I was running plans by my friend (the reason I'm going to Queens), I said when are we leaving? His response?

I always thought it would be fun to build our a trailor like that...I never thought of adding a hot tub!

I hope not. I recently bought a gray Escape to do just that. Of course my fin will have firkin laser beams on it. :wink: :wink: :wink:

Hello!

I've been a daily lurker for years, so while I may be new to posting, I'm not new to BN!

Anyhow, what do you all do with your stuff while inside at the concert? We live about 10 minutes from Tinley, so we usually do our pre-party elsewhere and come around 6 or so. We have a pretty elaborate set-up (assorted fins, lights, palm trees, etc.) on our vehicle every year, but those items are pretty much secured to the truck. This year, we've decided as a group to skip the pre-party at someone's house and be ready to get in when they open the gates.

My heart says all us Parrotheads are too respectful to harm another PH's tailgate. But...my gut tends to worry a bit about the "others".

We are doing a "shot luge" this year. that is a big block of ice with groves in it. You pour the shot at the top and put your mouth at the bottom. By the time it gets to you it is ice cold. I am working on a trial run right now. It will take about 4 days or so to freeze.
