Ok,heres my ?...I wanna get started on making Jello shots for the concert @ post gazzette,but I have limited fridge space what would happen if I put them in the freezer I dont think the alcohol in them is enough to prevent freezing.

I looked up some recipes and the ones on cooks.com and the ones that say freeze for at least one hour have alcohol in them, so it should be ok.

You may have to taste test a few to find out for sure.

For the convenience of it, I made jello cubes. Use 4 pkgs of gelatin for 2 pkgs jello and put in a 9 x 13 pan and cut. No little cups needed and they turned out fine.

MJ's Jello Shots are the bestest! (I had toooo many in Houston )
(But she doesn't post on BN much)
