...IF she left her politics out of the show, unlike what she did on the View.

I agree. I hate rosei's politics but she's such an 80's girl full of trivia and things like that. And outside of the politics she's great with people. I could see this being a good venue for her talent. But it's a show with a lot of older very traditional viewers. If they even give her a chance she'll have to keep her mouth shut.

I think it would be pretty difficult to incorporate it in to TPIR.....
I don't think they'll touch her because of the controversy.....TPIR has always appealed to a pretty wide fan-base, the same can't be said about Rosie....
I love TPIR.....watched it since I was a little kid....

Most of her audience on her own show was middle American housewives types.... she'd do fine.

Yeeeees...it would be great...I never watch TPIR,, too much noise, (ok, after you've spent 7 hrs with elementary age school kids, it is...)

[smilie=happydance.gif] maybe I'd never have to lay eyes on her again...

I'd agree, if she put on her "Queen of Nice" persona I think she could pull it off, but the more recent bitter, argumentative Rosie wouldn't fly.

Bob has been the "King of Jerks" for several years now anyway. I wondered
why they kept the show going when he was being borderline rude to his
contestants ever since he got too old to be unable to cover up his disdain for
them. I've never been a big TPIR watcher, so I guess I noticed the change
more than a regular watcher would.

Having that Ms. Piggy wannabe do T.P.I.R. would be a HUGE mistake.
She'd make the show all about her, and the general population is getting a bit tired of her and her big fat obnoxious mouth.

One of the great things about Bob is his voice. It's pleasant to listen to. Rosie's voice is one step below fingernails on a blackboard! :-?

I think if the network did ant kind of research they would find this is a no go.

God almighty, that would be the worst decision in the history of television! Rosie doesn't need to host the Jerry Springer show, however she could be a guest. She would fit right in!
