I've been shut out twice on tickets this year. Will there be a presale for Toronto, there was one in 2005.

Nothing listed/no notification of this ....so far....last time in 2005 HOB offered the pre-sale (and as I am a member, if they announce again, i will post the info).

How difficult do you think it will be to pull tickets for this one? I may try to work something out if I can pull. All I really want are some lawns anyway.

Using the concert in 2005 as a guage - it was really no trouble getting lawn seats from Ticketmaster on the sale date - getting pavillion seats was a whole other matter.

Our group of friends ended up getting 4 pavilllion seats in 2005 (2x2) and 4 lawns in 2005 on the day of sale thru TM..

That's good to hear, but I figured any Buffett lawn (on the east coast at least) sells out quick and I usually end up having to buy from ebay or at the venue. Do you all think this will be the case on this go-'round?

From personal experience -I have had no trouble with "Ticket disaster" buying for the Toronto show (for lawns) when they go on sale (if you are on at 10am and want lawns you should get them). I got 6 one time and 4 the next year.

Now this will be my 4th time getting tickets for a show in Toronto and the first two years I got lawns and last year I was lucky and got a pair in section 203 (pavillion seats) on the pre-sale (now I have had no news of any pre-sale this year so I guess it is strictly best of luck on Friday). In 2005 I also got a pair of pavilion seats when tickets were released i Section 301 (pavilion seats) so it is possible. :)

I'm sorry - me bad!

You need to go to hob.ca and sign up to be a member (no cost to do so!) and you will be able to log in and see the Jimmy Buffett pre-sale and the info you need to get tickets this am.

From past experience dealing through hob you may get at best seats in the mid-back 200 sections and some 300 sections and some 400 sections - I have yet to ever get any 100 section seats for any of the concerts I have attended and that has been many!!

If it helps anyone, I got through at 10:05am in 2005 and got a pair of seats in section 202 Row H.

There's no password. You have to have an HOB account to get access. If there was it would already be on here.
