My phone isn't very old, I got it less than a year ago. Will the same SIM card work in different makes/models, or do I need to buy the same one I now have?
With most of the newer models (last year or two, probably) the SIM card is the same and should work.

If you've got one of the old Nokia "bricks" it's probably on the old technology... which they're likely to start charging you extra to keep at some point in the near future.

If you're considering a different model, you could probably call your cellular provider office and ask if the SIM you have would fit the new model you're looking at. If it fits, it's just a matter of putting the SIM in the new phone and starting 'er up.
