Great local foods we take for granted

So for the past couple of weeks a fellow co-worker who is out of Ohio and I have been shipping back and forth localized foods that we can't get where we live.
He is solidly addicted to Tastykake products that I ship him boxes of, and I have him shipping me Skyline Chili cans whenever he can. He also turned me on to the Killer Brownies from Dorothy Lane Markets which I swear are the best brownies I've ever tasted.
I take it for granted that Tastykakes are a normal occurence on pretty much any shelf here in PA, but until he had come out to my office, he had never had one, and he's not the first person who's visited here who's said that.
So what awesome foods are local to your areas that seem like second nature to you, but someone else would have no idea?

at home in MN, you could find lefse in the grocery stores any time of year. Of course, they made fun of you for buying it because it meant your wife or girlfriend couldn't make it... but...
here in OH, there aren't enough Scandanavians to warrant a selection of lutefisk or lefse in the grocery store and sometimes you get a little lonesome for the latter.
(and yes, I am on Granrud's mailing list for reminders and catalogues.

from Chicago I miss italian beef sandwiches and Portillo's hot dogs.
Here whenever we have guests we have to do a full food tour with them. That's pretty much the only time I get those things.
The list is - taters or curlies fries, mac and manco pizza or primo's pizza, johnson's corn, shriver's taffy, water ice, kohr's custard.
Then for the complete out of towners who miss home foods, taylor's pork roll, scrapple, tastycakes, cheese steaks, wawa hoagies...
My sis has been dieting for the whole winter so she can come here for one week.

I can't think of any foods that you can buy here that you cannot get nationwide... with the exception of maybe produce, Rocky Ford melons, Hatch (NM) chili....
But I so wish you could buy Fluff here. Have to order the stuff online if I want to buy it.
