If the kid told her parents it tasted yucky somebody should have taken a sip. If they were worried they should have called the family doc right away and gotten some advice.
The restaurant was wrong, and handled it badly. Dinner should have been comped and they should have offered to pay to have the child examined. They could have offered a free meal in the future also. But the parents weren't really acting like good parents either.

I smell a rat.
it is too easy to
cop a mini and wait till someone at another table orders
something close.. I suspect the owner did too.

ooohhh...I didn't think of that...these days some people do seem to look for an easy way to get out of footin' the bill!

Which is Why I smell a rat..
Last time I made a drink. I
got a glass
put ice in it.
put the booze in
poured the mixer on top of the booze
drank it.

NOW I know that bartender 101 calls for Juice first booze last.
so OK

NOW to pour Pineapple juice in a sippy cup
you..
pour it in the cup place the lid and
serve..

this is why I smell a rat..

Something I didn't think of untill I spoke with a friend
today..
She Has three kids and told me no way a 2-3 year old drinks Pineapple juice.. they don't like the acid..
