Hmmmmmmmmm.....we've had one hell of a hot June....so I'm not sure if there would still be snow up there or not.....probably not in the areas that are accessible by car......there are a few glaciers on Mt. Timpangos, in Provo....but again, not by car.....
Park City is fabulous, snow or not, though!

I came through Salt Lake on Memorial Day weekend. There was agreat deal of snow up on the tops of the mountains, but as we came through the Park City area I don't recall seeing much that looked accessible by vehicle. Don't hold me to that because we were on I-80, just passing through.

There is still snow above Park City as you go up the Ontario Canyon (Guardsman Pass Road) but it is melting fast. Depending on the weather for the next couple of weeks it may all be gone by the middle of July.

One alternative, if you really want to see snow up close and personal, and if you have the time is to head for one of the areas with higher elevation.
I know that Snowy Range Pass (just west of Laramie, Wyoming but maybe a 4-5 hour drive from Park City) should have some fairly accessible snow even during July. The top of the pass is about 10,500 ASL and the peaks are 12,000 ASL. Glacier National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park each have snow fields that can be reached by a drive/hike combination, but are both easily a day's drive from the Park City area.
When I was out that direction last year, most of the snow and ice was up high, and would take some work to get to. This spring, at the end of May, there was still easily accessible snow in the upper elevations at Yellowstone, really just at the side of the road. Add to that the 21 inches that the elevations of the Bitterroots around Missoula got the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend.

There is still snow up in the Unitas if one is willing to hike a bit however above Park City is pretty brown now. Two weeks of 90+ weather has melted most of the snow below about 10,000 ft.
