I went to the Apple store on 5th Avenue this afternoon because I've been having problems with my iPod. When I went to sign in for an appointment at the Genius Bar it said the next available spot was approximately 8:20PM. This was at 2:05PM. I wonder how many of the people waiting were there because of problems with the iPhone?

what did you expect

on the lack of disclosure, or on the design (a step backward) that results in a second (or third) large (relatively) infusion of cash for something every other cellphone user can do by simply going to the cell outlet, or eBay, and getting a second battery? and the concept of "here, send us your phone, we'll give you a loaner phone, and when you get yours back..", what genius came up with that plan?
