Check out this link. It is an article about one of my favorite places...my bama breeze if you will. I've been a regular brewer there for two years--Rhodell's has produced some of the greatest brews I've ever tasted. Anyway, happy reading and if you ever find yourself in Peoria, IL, be sure to check it out.

Too cool. I have read about places similar to this but have never tried one. Looks like my kind of hobby!

It has become an addictive hobby. I've introduced some friends to it and we brewed twice in June. I ususally brew once a quarter, but more often now with these friends. What better fun---to drink beer while you are making beer!!!

There are a number of those type of places in and around Seattle. I've done it once and loved it and the product produced.

Sounds like a great place. Though I'm not sure why people from Cleveland are going there to brew (it says so in the article) when we've got at least one or two places here locally where we can do it. I've brewed at one of them myself (
The Brew Kettle). Lots of fun!

I have made a number of cases in the past. I have been meaning to get back to it. You can get into it for between $75 and $100 and make it right at your house. It is quite the feeling knowing that you made what you are drinking.
