Yep, that's my favorite. I swear I can hear me screaming at the top of my lungs (I have a copy of the show) when he said"this is one of my favorite songs and I can't understand why more people don't agree" or something to that affect. I dang near fainted it was so beautiful!!!Conolulu wrote:springparrot wrote:ohhhh---Distantly in Love.......ragtopW wrote:OHH Tough..

Gotta go with these two also. Way up there on my list of favorites and as far as I can remember, I don't believe I've ever heard them myself live. Could have forgotten though, as a few of the brain cells have died off over the years.CaptainP wrote:Probably "Migration" or "Cowboy in the Jungle".
I'd have to look over set lists...I've been to a lot of shows...
Island Fever.
Haven't seen JB live in a quite a while. And he didn't play this at Jazz Fest in 1998 when it came out. And I don't know if he's ever played it, as far as I know he hasn't (I haven't checked the song log), but I feel this is a song he should play before he hangs it up.
Because it's a beautiful song.

That would have to be Changing Channels.

Great list.
Would love to go to a show where the entire set list is composed of the "forgotten" tunes.
For me: Truckstop Salvation, the hang out gang (love the before the beach stuff), and, although not a Buffett original would love to see him do Jamaica Farewell sometime. Love the way he performs it on "Tales from Margaritavision."

I agree on those 2 and would like to add African Friend to the list.rumdrinks wrote:Gotta go with these two also. I must be lucky but I have heard most of the other ones you guys want to hear in concert. Tin Cup and Wino acoustic were awesome. And nothing will beat City of New orleans at Wrigley from the bleachers. I still get chills listening to that song.
