It's priceless Wayne. I'd use my frequent flier miles to go back and take my lil bro so it did not cost a bunch. Everytime we went back, we knew Dad would be standing at the top of the ramps as close as secuirity would let him. GOing back for his funeral, flying into the same airport, my lil bro and I get all teary and choked up as we walked up the ramp, knowing Dad would not be there this time. Those memories are priceless. And I'm glad my sons were able to hunt with thier Grandpa too.ragtopW wrote:thanks.. I feel the same.. He LOVED it when my brother and I would come back for a few days and hunt, shoot pool and visit his favorite bars. I regret the years I thought I was too busy with work and did not go. Now, I never can do it again. It's a precious memory Oz.Oz_79 wrote:Good luck hunting, and I also know how important it is to go hunting with your dad. I loved going out with my dad, early in the morning, etc. I haven't been able to go hunting for a few years since I'm not in my home town. Might have to get back to the traditions.
as far as scheduling a show. or even MOTM
but for me the point was driven home when my dad told me two
years back that He did not know how long this would last..

Actually, antlerless means either does or young bucks with antlers under 3 inches.Moonie wrote:Tequila Revenge wrote:Don't be shooting the ones with spots Santa![]()
Now how JACKED UP is that? Santa out killing deer
they call it antlerless...meaning the females...unfortunately, some take a long shot and get very young males (yearlings), so young they don't have their antlers yet, or just bumps....
you can only imagine their weight...
I'm sure that Wayne is not one of those hunters, nor his Dad...you don't trophy hunt do you Wayne?
