I am hearing that the Cove is the way to go. Lot's of activities and a beautiful sunset. I'm a team player, but as long as we are voting... Cove sounds good to me.

I was looking up some Hawaii sites at work today. One of the girls i work with said to me " You know because of YOU i am taking my girls to Hawaii next year!"(she is divorced with 2 teenage girls) and i asked "Why because of me?"She told me she is tired of working all kinds of overtime and busting her butt and never enjoying life! and then she heard i was going to Hawaii and her girls have been asking to go and she said "what the hell! it's time to enjoy life!"

I am glad my trip inspired her to do it!

I love this story! I feel the same way, you never know what tomorrow might bring. Can't wait to meet everyone! This is going to be a great trip!!!

yeah well she deserves it! her ex was a BIG gambler and left her with a lot of debt!

she has worked her butt off to be able to keep her house!She asked me if i might want to go with them!

i really like her girls they are great kids so maybe i will!

I am a newbie here, but have been reading posts on BN for YEARS (and been a parrothead since 1977:D ). I finally had to join because my incredible husband is taking me to HI to see Jimmy for my 40th birthday. I'm loving reading all the posts on the trip, and will hopefully be joining in on some of the partying. We're taking the keets, so I will be limited... Those of you in the area, can you tell me how to find a babysitting service for the show? I am staying at the Waikiki Marriott, and I know we could get something through them, but I thought I'd try to find a rec. here. The kids are old enought that I'm not freaked out by using a hotel babysitter, but I'm still a little cautious (and not willing to leave them alone!). Thanks!
