it's the girth that matters...
That said, at home I have a 15" LCD (which is just fine for the space we have to keep it).
At work I have Bertha, the 22" old-school mongo screen. I work on a lot of documents and web sites at work and the bigger screen let's me see what pages will look like from everyone else's perspective so I know when I design pages they'll look good for everyone.

I keep feeling really frivolous about this thing....

Here, I'll make you feel better...
There's a 17" laptop in the kitchen, a 17" flat panel all in one hooked up to my embroidery machine, my new laptop, the two main computers in the computer room with the 21" widescreens, and a 17" flat panel hooked to a terabyte machine that does nothing but download and do backups from the rest of the machines.
That should make you feel farrr less frivolous.

I can only see the top half of the tv screen if I'm sitting up in bed with it on my lap. It seriously looks like I might as well have a desktop sitting on top of me.SharkOnLand wrote:You need like two laps for that big of a laptop....sy wrote: a brand spankin' new 20" on my new laptop.
