Commander's Palace in the Desert Passage at the Alladin.
(the original is in New Orleans). They have an $18.80 lunch special (the original one started in 1880) and 25 cent martinis. Excellent Creole/seafood. I had turtle soup. pecan crusted catfish & a bread pudding souffle (and 3 martinis) then a long nap.

Not in Vegas anymore. It was good, but I preferred the Turtle Soup at K-Pauls in NOLA. Their fire roasted veggie soup was sooo good- tomatoes, asparagas, artichokes and garlic all creamed together. And the gumbo... Sigh.

I guess we just have to go to New Orleans soon.
