For Jimmy's shows, I would expect the lot at End Zone to be full by no later than 11am. Keep in mind that it is about a 3/4 mile hike (slightly uphill) to the stadium.

There is always construction on Route 1, but the majority of it is right at the stadium now. Most of it is on Route 1 north, as they are building a strip mall adjacent to the stadium. I believe it closes one lane of Route 1 north.
The Lot at the End Zone wasn't near or even close to full...we got there at 1-1:30....The Hotel part of the lot was full...but there is a huge lot in the back...they charged us 10.00...Zuke is my witness!!

I need some help from the locals.

I am getting my rental car Saturday morning. How long will it take me to get from the airport to the End Zone lot. I most likely will make a stop off at my hotel In Norwood first?

I'm just trying to figure out what time to get the car.

Thanks.

Coming from Boston? I'd allow at least an hour, maybe a bit more. You'll hit a bit of traffic (even on a Saturday). It is straight highway until the final 3 miles (then it is a 4 lane divided super speedway - ha!). By the time you hit Route One (exit 9 off of Route 95 South), you'll be amongst your Parrothead brethren!

I went to the Patriots game last night and spoke with a ton of the parking lot people at the stadium. About 50% of them have been asked to report to work for 8am on Sunday the 2nd and the other half are to report at 10am. One of the people I spoke to was a supervisor who said the same. This looks encouraging.. If the Sunday show goes well all of us attending the show on the 8th should be in good shape.

just took a ride through Foxboro . . . lots of Parrot Head signs and what not up on Rt. 1.

Got me fired up!!!!!!!!!

The Walpole Motel has a "Welcome Parrot Heads!" sign up . . .

can't wait for this 70,000 person party!

Also can't wait to see the look on the parking lot attendants faces at 12:30 AM when there is still 50% of the people walking around partying!

Do you know what lots you were in? I know cashiers and parkers in the P7, P8 lots that were told to report for 1:00PM

I would suggest going to lot P10 if possible. There is a car lot and a RV lot. It's right across the street from the stadium.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Just for grins I went and checked the ticket sites like Razorgator and Stubhub and even eBay - does my heart good to see so many overpriced tickets still available, and Razorgator even had a whole list of ones that have now been "marked down". Not that it will change anything but it's nice to see the scalpers lose out once in a while. Karma's a b**tch!

I don't even know why I bought tickets so long ago, we're in Row 35 but could have done way better by waiting it out.

Because we're so conditioned to there not BEING any we take the best we think we can get. I'm going to keep checking TM, some folks got really incredible seats in the days leading up to Sunday.

I already have a pretty good seat as it is but I've always wanted to be front and center. It would have to be perfect for me to spend any more.
