I'm just glad that KPhin's in charge and has to deal with them...I am just going to tighten a dock board, change a light bulb, and scrape a leaf or two off the pool in the mornings...

My first day at the Malyn...

2 hours, 2 guys...and a 12 pack later...the grass, all of about a 1/16 of a half acre, got cut and some stuff got edged and trimmed...

I'm thinking I gotta start earlier...and bring more beer so I can get more things done next time...

Friday...I'm going to take on a couple of burnt out light bulbs and fix an extension cord...
