Career grand slams--What's Manny at, 18? I think that's the one, out of all the baseball ones wino listed, that has the best chance of being broken. Most of the rest of those, especially the pitching ones, i think are safe. maybe concescutive post season wins by a team, but anyone (IMHO) that is an individual record and not a team record I think is pretty safe.

When the Islanders won their 4 straight Cups you had to win 4 playoff series. The 5th year they made it to the finals before losing to Edmonton so they won 19 consecutive playoff series, which is a record in professional sports.
