Chesney in Atlanta

Attention ATL Parrotheads,

I just registered but reading this forum gave me alot of tips for the Buffett show at Phillips a couple of months ago and I need your help again.

I'm going to the Kenny Chesney concert (Friday 9/7) at Hi-Fi Buys and I haven't been there in about 6 years so I'll take all of the tips I can get. What's the parking situation like? How early should I get there to get a good spot on the berm? What are you allowed to bring in (i.e. blankets, backpacks, rain gear, etc.)?

Thanks a ton. If you're going to the show maybe I'll see you there. I'll be the one in flip flops.

I've only been to Lakewood for Buffett and I get there early so parking has never been a problem. There are several large gravel parking lots near the entrances, only problem is getting out because being that close makes you wait for everyone else to leave first. There is plenty of off property parking too. Their web site has a listing of what you can take in.
