Well I was CANNED today... just great!!! Now what?

I liked where I worked just not what I did - granted a blessing - but wish it was on my terms!

I need to get back in the event industry - anyone know of anyone hiring? I'm going to stay in Pittsburgh for now, I will travel, work from home or whatever...

I need a drink!

Man, sorry to hear your news ...

If it matters ... just know that this, too, shall pass. Hopefully, it will be a blessing and will allow you to phind something you really love. Our phamily has has a streak of bad luck lately and having a great job has really made a difference.

Don't give up...you didn't make it this far in life by waiting for something to happen...you will make happen whatever you need. Now get those parrot feathers ruffled up & go get what you want/need! As for jury duty...mmmm might want to let them know that you are in a terrible mood which could affect a person outcome while on trial

Where I work at, we've had 3 rounds of layoffs in 3 weeks. It's not looking good for me either. Normal 1st shift, 175 employes. This coming week, only 50 or so
