Aw what the heck... I'm still pining for this one, so I thought I'd ask. It took place on 12/08/04...
And by the way, if you didn't see the CC Pic thread from last summer:

Would really love to have this, but I think there are other DVDs I'd like to see more. A complete Live in Hawaii. Or a complete Anguilla.

I really thought this would have been released after Katrina with the proceeds going toward the recovery efforts. I would buy it in an instant! It was like going back to the early days. I wouldn't mind another concert, maybe for the new book, done the same way. Especially in the winter months!

The Anguilla dvd is going to be over 80 mins so that's not bad....

I was fortunate enough to be there and it was awesome. The cameras were rolling and everyone thought it was a done deal that this would come out. The second best show I've seen after Wrigley. It was such an intimate setting with Jimmy joking with the crowd back and forth. I too thought it would be released after Katrina and the proceeds would benefit the gulf coast, but mailboat dropped the ball. We can keep bugging them and who knows!?!?!

I'd like to see this one and the Fillmore show but I'm already 55 so I probably won't live long enough for that to happen.

Bwana Paul, several months ago did mention that there still were plans to release it.
I would love a copy of it-what a fun evening it was, even watching a screen!
And don't even get Q&S started on how much she wants this!!!!!

Not being able to do any of the "intimate shows", that Jimmy has been doing of late, it would be absolutely wonderful to have this show.
We can only imagine what one of those shows would be like!
So come on Mailboat, get off your collective "arses",

and put the Coastal Confessions Show out!
Having been there for the simulcast, it would be incredible to see this show again, as well as have a copy of it!
It was one of those truly "special" times seeing Jimmy!

I am still pining for it too, Tiki.

I went to the theater and saw the simulcast. It was such a different "vibe" and it was all wonderful. Sigh.

Didn't they have a power failure in Indy that night so nobody got to see it?

One of my favorite shows of his was one that I downloaded from Sag Harbour in 1999 (I think). I'm pretty sure there was only a very small crowd, and the whole show was acoustic. Maybe I was just excited over the fact of hearing an acoustic show, but it was pretty sweet. He also talked a lot more than usual in between songs.
